A tattoo is permanent enough, why would you want to stretch the skin out too? If you get the right artist they can render an awesome 3D tattoo without having to cheat with implants.

Thats sounds really neat. I dont think I would ever do it but Im sure it makes the art work look amazing! I would like to see someone who has had it done.. Good poll :)

No, I haven't seen that but come to think of it, some guys have tattoos of sexy women. They might be more interesting in 3D, including "breast implants" LOL!!
