What do you think of black pudding? Or blood sausage, as some people call it?

I think its really nice. Some people can't get over the gross-ness of eating dried blood, but if you can, it's a real delicacy. What say you?

my dad loves it. It's not the fact that it's dried blood I don't like, I just don't eat sausage's in general!

Hello gorgeous! ;) I love haggis too, actually. Every so often, on board, they let the jock chefs take charge of the cooking, and we always end up with haggis! They're obsessed! I think it's really nice though.

We can't get real haggis here in the states as the FDA won't approve some of the ingredients (like sheep's lung) for human consumption. Idiots!

If you can find a butcher you can get around it. Also there's a pave called Gppdworrds British Market, online that sells them in freezer box with overnight delivery.

I know. I wish we could get it here in the States. The closest we can get is from Caledonian Kitchen and to be honest their's is pretty good.
