If I really have time I'll make a bacon sandwich with lettuce tomato mayonnaise hot sauce in between two pieces of toast ;) if not a bagel and cream cheese will do just fine

About 85% of the time, I don't eat breakfast. But if I do, half the time it's actually breakfast food, and half the time, it's other stuff. Like today, I had Subway, and Hot Cheetos for breakfast. Tomorrow I'll have pancakes. :)

CEREAL!!!!!!!

I eat about a cup and a half of shredded wheat bite size squares with some fruit sliced up on it or berries dropped in with it - no sugar.

I know, sounds terrible but give it a try. I have been eating SW since i was a kid, always hot. Now I like it for a late night snack before bed.

Fruit (bananas, berries, apple, etc.). A lot of the time I'll make a smoothie with frozen fruit and some yogurt along side those things. I try to get plenty of protein in the morning so normally I eat some seafood or an omelette. I don't eat a lot of cereal.

Considering my sleep schedule tends to fall close to lunch, my lunch is technically my breakfast. I just don't tend to eat breakfast food. If I do, it's probably going to be cereal which also makes for a good dessert.

I believe a hearty breakfast is essential to start the day right.
That's why I prefer a steaming bowl of protein-rich squirrel nuts or, alternately, putrefied pigeon pancreas with onions.
Wait............no, that's what the voices in my head prefer.
I just have coffee and sometimes toast too.
