It depends. Eggs & bacon; egg sandwich; an omlette; oatmeal; yogurt with fruit; smoothie; cereal; left overs. I worked nights for many years, so what i eat for breakfast lots of times isn't always what other people consider breakfast food.

Half my days I eat breakfast, and half my days I go without. On occasion when I feel like eating healthy I'll microwave a bowl of "Coach's Oats". But most of my breakfasts include either a Hawaiian breakfast like Portugese sausage and eggs with rice and Passion fruit or Guava juice -- or a ham and egg sandwich with a cup of Farmer Brothers coffee at the local burger joint.

Usually a homemade fruit smoothie or some oatmeal. And occasionally coffee with Ritz crackers when I wanna give myself a treat :)

Bacon or sausage with eggs & toast most of the time during the work week. Occassionally I'll have a full old fashioned southern breakfast with biscuits, gravy, grits or hashbrowns. That's usually on weekends or other off days, when I'll be working in the yard or otherwise on the go until dinner time.

Whatever I feel like eating at the time. About 2-3 times a week I stop in at Jack-in-the-Box for breakfast on the way to work since I walk right by it in the 3 block walk from the bus.

Pan dulce(sweet bread) and coffee COS IM MEXICAN!!!! Or i cook croissants with ham egg and cheese or bacin with scrambled eggs and potatoes, chilaquiles, etc. Jus about uuuurthing lol

No, that's actually what I eat for breakfast most weekdays. Has nothing to do with your ethnicity. When I eat quiche, it's not because of anyone's ethnicity. I just like a wide variety of international cuisine.
