I meant to say both. But I love coffee be it hot or cold in the form of ice cream of Cappachino. Love it. And I love tea to hot tea when I am sick, cold tea drinker on the daily basis.

I was in the Navy. You learn to drink it hot and black...and like it! It was almost like a survival thing.

I saw somewhere this week sayin they did a study on green tea that can lead to prostate cancer for males, but who knows we're all gona die one day. Enjoy the time we get!

I actually get physically ill from coffee
(so I avoid it completely)
for me .. it is always a NICE Herbal Tea ..
(or the southern favorite .. SWEET Iced Tea!)
