I have the same problem. I can never fall asleep at night. Take a really warm shower right before you go to bed. It should relax your muscles and make you sleepy. Or at least it does for me. For some people this makes it worse, but I also think about anything and everything that has really no importance. Eventually I get bored and fall asleep. Chamomile, jasmine, sage, and lavender work as well. Visualize a peaceful place and remain there until you manage to fall asleep. That's all I can think of right now. I've tried them all at least once, and they do work.
i wonder around the house, or listen to music, read a book that i like, or i open the window gaze at the street count how many cars pass by and decidei like them or not, think about whats up with my life sometimes, or be on sodahead.
