I'm being a little technical but I call my parents (although my Dad passed away last year) Mum and Dad - not "Mom", as one of the choices allowed...

Mom (sometimes grandma when I am talking to my son about her) and dead. (I don't remember what I called him when he was alive because I never really saw him that much, it may have been dad.)

I don't call them anything. They're deceased. I called them Mommy and Daddy. Now I refer to them as my mother and father.
