One tsp good cinnamon and two tbs of unpasturized honey.
Helps pains, decreases appitite, lessens cravings for sugar, helps in sleeping.

Oatmeal cooked with a banana and an Apple. What I have almost every day. Boring but healthy and filling. Now Rusty seems to be on to something!! :-)

Be careful with Oatmeal. It like grapefruit messes up meds. My Dad had Oatmeal everyday, and had a heart attack because of the meds thing.

No I am sorry to say he passed away in 95. They didn't know about the meds and foods so much then. I am on Cholesterol meds and can't have grapefruit which I love.
