White lights on the trees in the living room. The real tree in the family room has alternating rows of red and white.

No tree, my dad put up multi colour LED light strips around the gutters though.

I like blue and pink the best! :D

No Christmas tree for me. I enjoy other people's trees a lot, though.

And I do have a creepy, insane gnome on my shower chair.

No lights on my lil 18inch tree. :(. Put lights on last 2 years & they tore the needles up-it's one of those little hand-made designer trees. I got it 80% off 3 years ago for $20, mainly just because I had spent 2 Christmases in hospitals & considering I'm usually alone anyways, it's silly to decorate for just myself.
OH, but I DID put white lights on my giant Aloe!! AND I pulled out my kitty's Christmas toys & stocking because I have friends give donations to charities instead of anything for me-BUT, Princess Sita has a Christmas list!!, (fancy feast appetizers-seafood only; fancy feast Gourmet food-seafood only; small balls..and baby blankets.. Or material like the soft cotton ones I make her "shirts" from...don't ask.. ;)

The tree came with mulit-colored lights.

My Cousin likes multi colored lights on the tree. Her husband wanted one color, but he got left at the store for even suggesting it, a few years ago.

I love the warm small white lights on my tree... and mantel, and bannister, and archway, and..... just leaves such a nice, soothing glow.

And they're the regular kind, not the LED ones, so the light is warm and not overly bright.

I have a small rosemary bush in the shape of a christmas tree... with mini lights on it. I love it, and it smells wonderful too!

I LOVE Rosemary Christmas bushes!! Where I used to live-8yrs-I literally had no access to sunlight, not for any significant time anyways. My bush lasted maybe 5 months. NOW, I'm out in the country with a sun porch .& deck-but I had friends check at stores, (I don't drive), and can't find any this year.. :(. Oh well, unfortunately going to have to move again.
My Christmas present? After signing a "long-term lease to transfer into lease to own", putting a large "deposit" down-my "landlord" forgot to tell me she is in foreclosure & house will be sold in Jan....my savings, some of my elderly dad's money-well, my "good friend" as she tells everyone I am, is broke-and VERY very sorry...and we're screwed...

so sorry to hear of your predicament! Being screwed sucks...

I'm spending another xmas in a deployed environment. Last time I was a soldier this time I'm a civilian but either way I'm away from home and no one has put up a xmas tree here.
