When you say he uses the money to pay his bills, do you mean electricity, rent, mortgage, groceries, and things like that? If so, do you pitch in for all of those things? Or, does he provide them for you?

i mean he blows the money he makes on booze and smokes and then panics and uses my money to pay for his house, cabin, car, and then the bills. then the money i earn by working for my neighbors they make me use on clothes and school suplies cuz they wont or dont wanna buy em for me. that money was court ordered to be used on me and my necesities or put into a college trust fund for me. but he lives beyond his means cuz he thinks he can use my money to bail him out

Well, my daughters are making a really nice breakfast for their dad at our older daughter's and son in law's home. We will spend time together talking, sharing, and laughing. It's inexpensive and we love getting together... ; ) Good food, good discussion and with those we love. It doesn't get any better, in our opinion. (yes, this is what he asked for)

I can't get him anything or take him anywhere. He passed away 22 years ago. I wish I could spend time with him again. Please appreciate good parents, because when they are gone, you can't get a second chance. Tell them you love them and try not to fight over little things. ALWAYS say your sorry and forgive them by the end of the day. You may not have the next day to patch it up. I really miss my Father. He was a good man and I love him.

I'm sorry about your dad being gone. I'm sure your dad knew deep down you loved him. It's hard to put into words sometimes and I'm sure he knew that. I'm sure you have alot of good memories of your dad and good times you spent together.

Seeing as my dad passed away a few years ago... it should be a fascinating conversation... lol, Bless all who still have the opportunity to honor your dads as they are still alive... btw, my dad was amazing, and I still love him
