Ventriloquist dummies can look sensual and scary at the same time. And depending on what they are involved in, they can be downright creepy. But the all time creepiest I've ever seen yet was this one, in fact I bought the movie. You'll never look at a ventriloquist dummy the same way again!!!!

None of them scare me. I suppose if they were lying around in a 'haunted' mansion in the dead of night and I'd heard a noise and gone in there to investigate with all the lights out and only a candle... Well maybe then. But other than that scenario - nah!

Wax statues are basically a three-dimensional picture. Ventriloquist dolls give the impression of being alive and some are extremely creepy.

Then you have "talking" dolls like Madame who is absolutely fabulous, although technically she was a puppet as Wayland Flowers wasn't a ventriloquist.

Are you more scared by their freaky appearance or what they could do to you? If you knew they were completely harmless, would you still be scared of them?

It was very good and creepy. I haven't seen it for a long time. I was a kid when it came on TV, so it really scared me. I know there's another older one, but I can't recall the name of it right now.

I wasn't even born when it first started and I was too young to ever get into it before it stopped being aired but when I was introduced to it as a teenager, I couldn't believe how scary it was. The characters were creepy, Pee-Wee looked like a serial killer. I can't believe my boyfriend collected the playhouse, figurines, watches, condoms (yes, they had Pee Wee condoms), etc. I thought he was strange when I saw his bedroom for the first time to say the least, it's a wonder I agreed to another date...
