I return to Long Island, New York, on occasion to help my son with the law practice I sold him, but my full time residence is in Lenoir City, Tennessee. I married my college sweetheart at Maryville College in Maryville, Tennessee. (She was a high school classmate of Senator Lamar Alexander) . We settled on Long Island, New York, where I was born, We have two wonderful children, a son and a daughter. Our daughter lives on Capitol Hill and works for Congressman Dan Burton of Indiana. Your Senator Inhoffe is one of her neighbors. We then moved to Tennessee to develop some property on the Tennessee River which is owned by my wife's family. Then came the recession. People stopped buying vacation homes. Remember when they told us to invest in land? Pay no attention. We can't buy groceries with a shovel of dirt. Always diversify! There you have it, the story of my life!
Why thank you for sharing with me! I know where that is as my uncle used to live there before he moved to Ft. Wayne IN and started a construction business. My Mom and him were raised in Chattanooga and their family owes some land on Signal Mt.
