Wait a tic, man. Are you telling me that when you became a "Levayan Satanist", you didn't KNOW society's perception of Satan and the image INSTANTLY drawn in people's minds of his followers? Like that's just something that someone wakes up and jumps into. There is a definite psychology behind the reasoning for becoming a "Satanist". You LOVE the supposed "individuality" that such a classification provides. You're the type of person that fulfills their ego through obstinate measures. Whatever you can latch onto that is outside the norm. And yet you view the rest of the world as beneath you and typical. The discrimination you are decrying is what fastens you to "Satanism". If everyone had been a Satanist when you signed up, you wouldn't have.

Riiiiiiight. Some people NEVER become "old enough to know better". The FACT that you wear it (Satanism and "darkness") as a big, bright banner and the sole headline of your character proves what I am saying to be correct or nearly correct. Wallow in your denial all you want. And no one was judging you, merely classifying. Examine your "why's" more closely and with complete spiritual and intellectual honesty. Very few people are capable of this, opting to make excuses and tell their psyche what it wants to hear.

I think that counts in all walks of life. People want to be different from others and as unique as they possibly can. The psychological preferences and motivations behind such actions is different for each individual. it's not that it's wrong but becomes a problem when they people classify themselves as a particular thing i.e. "i'm a liberal" or "i'm a muslim". this leads to close mindedness since they do not stray from their regulated norms and only hang round or listen to people they know will agree with them.

I can say whatever the hell I want. And she can claim I'm wrong as much as she wants. I have known MANY people just like her in my time. I used to act like that when I was around the high school age. Some people have to latch on to things that are intimidating in order to have a presence. I grew out of that mind state.
