You!
Add Photos & Videos
How would you feel if a stranger came up to you and attempted to hold your hand? Pretty freaked out, right? Well, that didn't stop college comedy prank group LAHWF from attempting the feat -- and making a video compilation of the best responses.

The video was made on the pranksters' college campus and reactions range from terribly creeped out to mildly amused, but they all have a commonality of being pretty hilarious. Watch the video, then make the call: What would you do if a stranger tried to hold your hand? Would you hesitantly embrace it or attempt a slap in the face?

I would give two quick squeezes, and say "It's set to go off in 5 minutes. Make sure you're out in time," turn a corner and escape.

Considering this situation, i would probably think he was doing to to make fun of me or something, because people at school have done similar things with the intentions of mocking me because i'm ugly. So i would just jerk my hand away and leave.

I'm sorry you feel ugly. You should not down yourself in that manner.

I wish i didn't believe it, but i've been called ugly more than i've been called beautiful or anything else.

i wouldn't say that ... it is difficult not to be affected by the a-holes that surround us ... the important thing is to remember that they are stupid a-holes.

I can read what you wrote. My profanity filter must not be on at all. I think sometimes SH has a glitch in it.

Well the thing is, you have to understand that all women are beautiful. It's innate to our physiology. I know it's easy to go into anguish over crooked teeth or a nose with a bump on it. But one single feature doesn't have anything to do with feminine beauty.
We would be so much calmer if we understood that feminine beauty in and of itself, just is.

Feminine beauty is more than facial symmetry or one set of curves. It includes the animated face when speaking, the way women smile, the way women's voices sound, and the sound of women giggling, and those slender wrists and fingers--even the way that women walk with cat-like grace and the way women wrap themselves into a ball to keep warm. A woman just is beautiful. It's the intrinsic make-up of her body.

I usually try to think of it that way, but... I just don't think i'm very desirable or attractive. I find physical beauty in every person i see but not including me, lol.

You know, I understand that you feel that way. But you shouldn't. I just don't know how to convince you otherwise. Let me tell you a story.

About three years ago, I ended up in the hospital with an issue, and my son came from another state to see me. And while he was there, a young friend of mine stopped in. And she is exactly like you. She simply does not see herself as pretty, and it doesn't matter what I say or anyone says. She knows she has low self confidence. She even knows it isn't good for her, but she can't change the way she sees herself, and she is really, really pretty. It isn't classical beauty. Her coloring isn't classical blonde, and yadda, yadda yadda. I'm sure, that she would be happy to point out a thousand different flaws in her face and body. But she has the elegant blue eyes and these long slim fingers. And she is hysterically funny. She has this dry, ironic humor that makes people burst out laughing, and a rich, sweet chuckle when she laughs. And she is just....perfect

Anyway, when she left, my son said "Whooooo is she? She's c-u-t-e!"

Aw haha well that's great. Being funny usually makes someone even more attractive. I can be funny, but i'm not that funny. I've thought maybe my looks are just unconventional or something but probably not. As for my 18 in a half year long life, no one has been interested in me as far as i know...

Oh, well--high-school. Yuck! You'll start discovering your own beauty and style now that you have been freed from prison. And the reason that I say that is that you don't have to imitate the beauty styes of the cheer-leaders any more. There are so many different forms of beauty than the uniform looks of the prom queen and her court.

There are all different types and styles of women once you get out of high school.

These two women are just stunningly beautiful. They aren't "high-school" hot, but they are complete knockouts in the real world

Oh yes! But i actually graduated from high school just a month ago :) I am extremely happy to be freed from it. But i definitely understand what you're saying, and I trust it...12 years of being compared to seemingly perfect people can get very tiring.

thank you for caring, it means a lot!
