Ah, the college years. Don't get us wrong, we have semi-fond memories of those late-night frat parties and oh-so-adorably-themed sorority events. But do we wish we could go back to those days? Not in the slightest.

And this video is pretty much the reason why.

The sorority girls at the University of Alabama have a special treat for all those college newbies thinking about rushing (that's becoming a member, for all you non-greek-lifers.)

We don't want to spoil the surprise, but let's just say that no sorority video would be complete without a little nod to a certain ridiculous viral video...oh, and a rap song.

True story. My maiden name is German. I went through rush just to see what it was about. I was an art major and I worked-normally two strikes in a three strike game. But they invited me to the second night of rush. So I went and sipped tea and stood in a corner. A girl came up and introduced herself and we chatted for awhile. Then she asked me what synagogue I attended. I told her I wasn't Jewish and she walked away and whispered to two of the officers. I wasn't invited back. It seems I was to be their token Jewish girl. Makes me go hmmmmmmmm?

Wow...I wasn't aware that german last names and jewish last names sounded similar...are you sure it wasn't that they were a jewish sorority and didn't invite you back because they didn't need any more non jews?

No, it was just a sorority, not one tied to a particular ethnicity or religion. And many names from German and central Europe are mistaken as being "Jewish" sounding. It was common for me to be asked that in school.

That was a complete waste of 2 minutes of my life. I would think the lenders of these peoples students loans would wonder why they are loaning them money. They have absolutely no future as rappers. And that's supposed to be their recruiting video? I would say that sorority is about to go downhill quick.

I love greek girls though.
