You’re fired, Donald Trump! No go, Sheriff Joe!
Even as conservative as the U.S. Supreme is at this time, they still
rejected, without comment, to hear an appeal challenging the birth
certificate and eligibility to serve of President Barack Obama. The 9th
U.S. Circuit Court had ruled that the challengers, Alan Keyes, Wiley
Drake and Markham Robinson, did not have legal standing to file the
suit.


The Birthers…Sorry, Donald! The ‘Place of Birth Movement’
chalks up another tough loss on the old scoreboard. For those of you
keeping score at home that’s 0 wins in court. Feel free to scroll
through all 41 pages of court dismissals.
While they tell the story of a ‘movement’ that has never been taken
seriously inside a courtroom, or by anyone with more than one
functioning synapse, it also tells the story of a group that’s just too
dumb to know when it’s beaten.

to be sheared again and again, rather than admit that Obama is actually

    They're too busy in Florida with Sheriff Joe Arpaio fraudulently photo shopping documents for the Florida Supreme Court to inevitably be rejected in the US Supreme Court--this will make how many times? Shouldn't these people be held in contempt of court by some court or another for wasting the court's time and taxpayer dollars?

    Every time I see this all I see is $$$$$$$ wasted on an issue that just won't die no matter how many proofs they get of his BC. Apario was a huge waste of money on this and like the past courts again they refuse to hear it.

    They are always complaining of wasting tax dollars and here they are doing it. It shows that they think it is OK for them to spend it but if anyone else does they catch holy hell. Stop all the crazy horse nonsense and just accept it.

    Sorry to jump in and despite the fact that 75% of Americans think it WAS a conspiracy but it sounds like you've watched "JFK" the movie too many times. If so, remember it's only a movie as even Oliver Stone admits, not a documentary.

    Also, read the book Case Closed or watch the 40th anniversary look back of the assasination done by ABC news-google it. Like most of the successful assasinations since President McKinley they've worked or nearly worked because they were the work of a lone gunman. Per the FBI, the fact that there's no conspiracy to detect is why they work. Hinckley, Fromm, Sarah Jane Moore, James Earl Ray, Sirhan, Bremer. All one shooter.

    Thanks for the info. Just playing along with the rest of the birthers thinking the same (conspiracy) Obama trying to seal all his records etc. Point is there is no conspiracy to hide who Obama really is.

    A US citizen born in Hawaii of a US born mother. Facts are to be president you are not mandated to be a natural born citizen per the rules amendment in the Constitution. As long as you are a US born citizen you qualify.

    Think about it why would anyone go as far back as 61 to make sure Obama is the one to get elected as president? Way too many wackos with tin foil hats walking around.

    Each time they lose an argument it only fuels the fire, and it's become at this point an over zealous mission to keep driving it home. Keeping the issue in the news is all they have now but it could come back and bite em in the ass, because everybody's got their limits.
