The cigs will kill youso can't live with them either, I smoked for 35 years and am blessed not to have gotten cancer. But, I slso know many who have. Please stop-it is easier now then when you are older. My Mon,92, still smokes but when I come home my grand daughter says-Mewaw you smell yukkie. You smell like smoke. Just think about it.

Oh I here ya same here Ive been on chantex, welbutrin, patch, Im thinking total annilation of my ex's would be the best route def be less stress. hehe

Doc won't put me on any of the pills. Said I would be bouncing off the walls...that the last thing I NEED is what amounts to an anti depressant. LOL Tried the patch...my entire right side turned bright red......the gum...EWWWWWWWWWW....the lozenges....double EWWWWWW and they neither one worked worth a dang. Hell, I even tried the hypnosis. The guy told us all that most people have to come back in six weeks and redo it but a lot never smoke again. Major Money Maker. I had no desire to smoke for ....wait for it....6 WEEKS. lol I figure the day will come I'll say enough and just put them down. Luckily my surgeon says my lungs are surprisingly clear for a long time smoker.

Coffee........COFFEECOFFEECOF... is good....Coffee saves lives....it keeps me from taking a blow torch to work...so coffee saves lives.
