Is there no in between. I'm not too girly but I'm not really a tomboy either. I love fashion and some girly things but guys say I'm a "bro" and I'm more comfortable with boys than girls. I don't know, I think you should just be whatever you are and if that happens to be a girly girl or a tomboy or some hybrid like me, own it :)

Tomboys. Sorry, but I don't really like girly girls b/c they're mostly just snobbs and 'tryin be country'. It's so dumb. I'm defntly a tomboy and a country girl. I've always been. I believe that they're nicer and not wanna be preps but more preps are 'thinkin' they are and such-_-

nice generalization. Well, I can too. most tomboys are arrogant and snotty to girly girls, way more than girly girls ever are to them. they can't stop obsessing about girly girls, ever, though GGs don't care about tomboys. most tomboys despise anyone who embraces their gender because they're too scared to. they're just bullies.

I used to be a girly girl when I was really young, then I was a tomboy, and now I am in the middle....I think girly girls would win because they could throw their heels xD! Plus you can be a girly girl and still know how to fight!!! They just like more feminine things!

hardcore tomboys are annoying cuz they can be super mean to any other girl who shows "too much feminineness" and think they're better than other girls just cuz they don't wear pink. plus, i hate it when girls are like "i only hang out with boys" cuz most of the time, in my experiences, they just end up flirting.

preach it! GGs are not mean to tomboys. it's completely the other way around, yet NO ONE calls them out for this- worse, they AGREE with their insults about GGs. it's disgusting and really sexist to say girls who act manly are better. a female acting feminine is dumb? lol, how stupid, right?

I do know that from my own experience. I never said that the little princesses didn't have fun but I did see them becoming bitchy to each other and fretting about their looks which means they weren't happy at that time. I was a bit of a tomboy but was nonetheless still a girl and did behave like one when required of me. The fact that most of my friends were boys and I wasn't afraid to graze my knees climbing trees and getting dirty building camps in our gardens made me a much happier child than when I'd tried to be 'girlie'. It also put me in good stead for raising our sons.
