    Since Root bear loses its fizz fast though, I have bought these candy things called fizzies in rootbeer flavor. They are sugar free so they don't make it extra sugary and it restores the fizz. rootbeer fizzies

    One from Scotland called Irn Bru (Iron Brew). Otherwise, Jarrito Tamarind, or kosher sodas - they have sugar and not corn syrup.

    Edit: I have to add one more - Reed's Ginger Beer. Especially the hi-test one with a LOT of ginger in it. Wooo!

    I like lots of soda even if I shouldn't drink it. Mountain Dew has always been a favorite. Fresca is a close second, followed by Coke.

    I'm a little disturbed that a toddler is drinking soda....but outside of that Dr. Pepper is the best. Then Pepsi, then mountain dew....I depends on my mood at the time. I often don't want any soda at all.

    You sound like my family who tries to give my toddler soda....I'd rather him not develop a taste for soda at a young age thank you. But that is me.

    OMG, i forgot about birch beer... I don't get it very often. I love the drinkable wintergreen certs goodness that is this stuff.

    Also, it's one of two ingredients in the drink I came up with, the "Wooden Crown." Nice cold birch beer with a shot or two of Crown Royal whiskey.

    Jackson Hole Soda Co's Buckin' Rootbeer is the best I've found so far. Drinkable at any temperature.

    I rarely drink pop anymore. My doctor doesn't really want me drinking it or at least as little as possible. I feel better now as a result. My body is craving more water.

    Root beer is special. It's got a unique taste and is used for making "Root Beer Floats" when using ice cream. You never hear of Coke or Pepsi floats.

    That poor kid. His life has already jumped the shark when it comes to drinks. Hope they hold off on steaks until he's older, otherwise he won't have anything to live for.

    I would have voted water but that's not a soda so that wouldn't make sense (and obviously some people don't have any sense as some people are voting water anyway).
