To the protesters in America:
Char. Limit

To any protester in the US who compares his protest to Cairo, Tripoli, or Tunis:
No, you are not anything like the Egyptians/Lybians/Tunisians. What you are facing is nothing, literally nothing compared to what they are facing. Until you've faced bombs, incendiary rounds being shot at you, and tear gas, you have no room to talk. All you are doing is cheapening the protests in North Africa. For so long as you compare yourself to any of those people, your protest will be seen as shallow and baseless to me. Your protest is only similar to the protest of the Egyptians/Lybians/Tunisians in the sense that a clod of dirt is similar to Mount St. Helens.
Good day.

Good day.
Your comments as to why not are spot on. We have yet to have a true Dictatorship in this country, either at the State or Federal Level. We do however have tyranny building faster than we would care to have it come upon us.
We have public service unions that have no logical business in the public sector. Probably the only thing that Jimmy the Carter did was sign into law the Civil Service Act. Which forbids collective bargaining. I don't recall these people Demonstrating in DC at the time. They did not have a set in in the Capital Rotunda as they have in Wisconsin. They did not have these nut balls protesting in New York.
And they don't have a clue as to what its like to have a Dictator, have his supporters shoot at you, drop bombs on you, Have you strafed from the air. Drop gas or biological weapons on you. or drive tanks over you.
I think that the Governor is doing what needs to be done, to save the state budget. I also think that the Democrats that are not at there seats are traitors to the People of the State, and to the Governor. They should have been fired the second day they refused to return. They are not doing their jobs, and they are not representing the people. This is all Political Warfare, and that is all it is. And the Protesters have bought into it.They are not doing themselves any good, nor the State.
Everything you said was exactly my point, better explained than I ever could. I wish I could give more raves for this.
