A friend of mine had a milestone birthday recently. My hubbie gave up his lunch hour to drive back home (30 mins) from his office, to pick her up in a Rolls-Royce Phantom and deliver her to a restaurant where a bunch of us gals were celebrating her birthday.She's a kind, shy person, who has little idea of how much she is valued by all of us. But my husband realized I wanted to do something for her to show her how special she is. He picked her up at her house and delivered her to the gals' lunch and raced back to the office.
My husband will always show love to whomever I love. Doesn't get any better than that.
