i don't mean insulting when i say reply..more like a discussion! even if the thunbs up button did indeed exist people whould still be able to reply and get nasty on someone...so i dont' see any point in blindly pressing a ''thumbs down button'' and ''marking'' user's answers! i prefer dialogue ;)

It would be a nice feature to show you disagree, rather than people calling names and blocking, and such.

I'd far rather it was left to the maturity of the participants to just ignore something they didn't like rather than play to their immaturity and spite.

Also I don't like the idea of people being able to just rubbish what you're saying... I'd far rather someone said what they thought was wrong and we could have the argument/discussion/exchange of views.

The return of the "downrave" would be great, but in Sodahead's infinite wisdom, they got rid of it, along with blogs, and more personalized profile pages.

There used to be one on here. It was very handy. I miss it and would love to see it come back. I utilized the downrave button all the time. Just about as much as I utilized the rave button.

People need to grow up some, stop being so damn sensitive and realize that not every person is going to agree with and love their comment. A simple downrave is so much better than a nasty comment

Yes it would because not many people want to always put thumbs UP and when somebody DISLIKES something, they should be able to put: Thumbs down

But people who dislike political correctness would be very hurt by all the thumbs down they receive. I wasn't here when it was here, but they should bring it back.

What would be the point of it? Would your points go down, or would your comment be deleted?

Possibly, but even the most innocent comments may glean a thumbs down from people who just want to be obnoxious. For me, SodaHead wouldn't be fun anymore at all. That's just me though -- just one person.

I really think that a thumbs down button would be great on sodahead because I'm sure a lot of members would chose to use that button more than the replay button.
