This is simply to honor our military, including our Vets.

No they don't get enough love from us.

Being a vet ,and a proud member of the Patriot Guard Riders of Illinois, I may be late in replying, but I do stand for all military ,and vets, and am more than proud to attend all homecomingsd, and sadly ,the funerals to support fallen heros.

Hi, Nurse ,I miss you ,and Bob. My fast living before has kinda caught up with me, and the pains are something else. I've been lucky lately as all have been homecomings ,and honor runs, so it's not so bad.

F-4 Wild Weasel crashed near the Iraqi border; we had to recover it. I'm the guy on top of the jet, pulling fuel probes out.

Well ,I may be late getting here ,but that Fantom brings back old memories of being on a crash recovery crew ,and going to Des Moine Iowa to disassemble a Blue Angles plane that did a whells up landing at an air show there and ended up in the cornfield .Pilot ejected just before it landed ,and was ok ,but the smell of the foam they sprayed on the thing was pretty bad. Those jets were built pretty tough.

i have a lot of family ing the arm navy and other thing but i am glad some one is honoring them i know there is some one else who has a person out there too so good luck and be thankful for what u have

Our AMERICAN soldiers have fought for the protection of America but I do think they should have stayed out of Vietnam.

Being an oriental/American GI in Viet Nam, my brother had a hard beginning in his all -white unit. It took a while for his fellow soldiers to accept him.
Later, he held his best buddy, a white guy, in his arms, and cried as his best buddy passed away. This is something I never forgot, because his best buddy's wife had just had a baby girl, and her dad never got to hold her or see her.
Yes, our veterans paid a high price for our freedom. My brother has a lot of sad memories of Viet Nam. Especially after one of his friends committed suicide after returning from Viet Nam.
GOD BLESS EVERY US SOLDIER. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SACRIFICES. YOU LEFT YOUR FAMILIES BEHIND SO WE COULD ALL BE SAFE AND FREE.

I am so glad that you did this.... I have so much respect for all of our past and present military personnel! I thank ANYONE that ever served our country or is currently serving our country for their service! They have a special place in my heart!!

The poor soldiers are not being cared for by the Government once they become injured.Go up to the bank manager in a wheelchair with a chest covered in medals and the answer will still be the same, NO!!

Both my Parents were vets of WWII, I served in Vietnam, my Sons are vets and one is still serving in the gulf. I worry that numb nuts in the white house won't do anything if my Son's ship is attacked.
