i would say try your best to take her but if you cant then you cant. i wouldn't stay, i would change my living arrangement so my dog could be with me...

Being this old it will hurt her deeply and she will miss you very much. It wouldnt be fair to her. Unless you HAVE to move I wouldnt leave her

I'd try to find someplace where you can take her. If you don't you'll regret it. I moved to an apartment and had to leave my dog and cat at the house with my ex. I think about and miss them all the time. BTW, in this case there are with my ex in their environment. I just miss them so.

She's old but if she's been with you that long then it's not right to just abandon her. I have a pug the same age and if I had to move it would be somewhere he could go as well.

Look after the 'old girl' (the dog, that is!) to the end. I'm sure she would NEVER abandon You, so show HER the same loyalty. And you know, I've got a sneaking suspicion that you WILL show her that loyalty...

A good dog is worth a lot. But, if you leave an opportunity for her that comes once in 20 years, .... I'd consider it ... but I'd try really hard to at least leave her with a friend or trusted sibling or something.
