Part of me is wondering why this is happening to you. Sometimes things happen, and I can testify that some people are only meant to be apart of your life for a season. Its the ones that stick around, encouraging you, giving honest advice (or just sharing honest feelings) that can be the most helpful. Some of my friends, I haven't talked to in a while just because we've grown up, but I can count on them to be honest and help steer me right from wrong. They are my roots, and so long as you have a few good roots, you're planted in something good strong and steady. I'm glad you're keeping us posted hun.
I promise, the days get better. You'll always have a few rough ones, but they make the good days worth it ;). Try to rest well, focus on school work. Everything else will work itself out.

Sorry to hear that, I have had "friends" that were just in it for their benefit too, its hard, but you're strong and will get past this little slump. Times like this will show who your real friends are, if you ever need someone to talk to I'm a good listener and have less than perfect advice most of the time
