Did I tell you about the time that we went to see them in Louisville? Rachel and I sat next to the Bagpipe player during dinner before the show... if you could only imagine how we were acting. OMG

On a more 'serious' note (for a change!) if anybody REALLY wants to know what goes on in a restaurant-especially the so-called 'high class' ones-I suggest that they read George Orwells account of his autobiographical experiences working in such places in the 'thirties'--"Down and Out in Paris and London" A wonderful book and it might just open your eyes...!!!
