Don't eat alot of fried chicken but on occasion we usually get Popeye's which I love.

When I eat fried chicken I usually get it from Bojangle's (and their biscuits are absolutely heavenly). The best chicken strips arguably come from Zaxby's.

LOL You're damn lucky I'm not in the suing mood or I would!! And I'd win. And you'd have to pay me. And you'd have to pay big. So big you likely wouldn't be able to afford Panda Express. And then you would have to eat McNuggets.

I just couldn't be so cruel and inhuman to make you have to eat McNuggets. Thanks for your comment!

For grilled chicken KFC has got it right. For rotissorie and grilled chicken the without a doubt El Polo Loco. Great chicken. Always cooked completely buy sitll nice an moist.

I used to stay near one in Miami during the construction boom.Church's was the best.But if you can't find a Church's,Popeye's is a close 2nd.I hate KFC!

What's worse than KFC is a Canadian KFC. They have the absolute smallest pieces of chicken anywhere. A leg is like a wing drummie only with less meat and more gristle! And instead of extra crispy, they have extra crappy!

I had Popeyes for dinner. That's what prompted the question. Had to go a bit out of my way to get it, but that's what I had a taste for, and it's been several years since the last time I had their chicken. Love their beans & rice!

Yeah, our nearest Popeye's is almost thirty miles away in a truck stop and when we get the craving for it, we have been known to drive that far just for the Popeye's.

Didn't have any that I knew of very close to me for a long time. The one I went to this evening is about 15-20 minutes away. More than I would normally drive for any fast food.

Well, here in the Detroit area off hand I know of only one that isn't an Arab owned gas station. And the gal that owns it is a neighbor and she's pretty cool, so I tend to frequent her station for those reasons. However, lately I don't buy a lot of gas from her because she is sky high on her pump price.
