They were fun as kid. Will try them when no one is around to see me. They do take you somewhere where you can zone out and think in the moment.

I love bringing my ipod down to the park and blasting my music while I swing high. I always find myself trying to match my swinging pace with the pace of the song. Oh, and singing along is also a definite. Swings are awesome!

I love them! They can be peaceful as you just gently swing or they can be super fun when you get really high up and then jump off them!! :)

As a little kid I was fearless on them. Tried (and failed horribly) many times to go all the way around. Watched a kid half scrape his face off in like second grade. Didn't phase me a bit because he was just stupid to let that happen. Now that I'm old, I KNOW how bad that must have hurt, and leave the swings to you youngsters.

The best I got was just above the top. Then the chains went kinda slack and twisted a bit. I thought for certain I was gonna fall out. Kind of just hung there near weightless for a moment before I started back down. It was odd.

Yes!! For the very same reason. They help me relax and think. I *love* to go to the local park and swing on the high swings and get really going.

Swing is a good way to exercise, and it's a fun thing for both children and adults. I used to love to swing when I was growing up.

i was trying to get off slowly, but my foot got caught in the sand, and i ended up flipping off; it was weird...
