add lemon or orange or other fruit juices to the batter and im in my own lil bliss (of course ive got to make mine with rice flour,,,but its ok.) Or for something exotic make them with Matcha (green tea powder) like they do in Japan.

I'm actually of two minds here; there are the hard, crumbly sugar cookies, and there are the ones which are soft and usually frosted. the latter I like.
