Seriously, what more to cause car crashes?

The girls at my school (and I'm in middle school) are always putting makeup on in class, in the bathrooms, in the cafeteria, everywhere!

I can tell you that if that ever happened, the death rate would increase by AT LEAST 15% in the first few months alone.

Oh wow. I went to an girls school where we wore uniforms so makeup was a no-no unless out of uniform.

Good common sense and following the driving rules is the key here. It's no different than carrying your cell phone with you in your car. People have to take responsibility in everything they do, and that one is no exception. Not because the makeup set is there, doesn't mean you must use it while driving. Follow the same rules like you'll do with your cell phones and any other devices restricted while driving. When you park in a safe place you can use your cell phone, and put on your make up. Common sense.
