As far as traveling durning the summer, it always wise to budget and stay aways from crowns. Going to a new state for a couple of days and learning something can be fun too.

I need to get out of Houston soon. At an old job,I was out of here on weekends every 6 weeks min. Been 4 years counting since last one.

You know better than me then. I only visited there many years ago, but never lived there. I lived in Houston and in El Paso, and I still think Corpus Christi is prettier.

I am in Houston,and I go down there as much as I can. I would love to move there again,but the economy is slow and for what I am going to school for. the market is for the big 3 & Austin..

I am a native here [rarity},And Like i said,I can leave town on 5 minute notice in be in SA or Austin or Corpus & make a day of it..

Been there once in LA in 1985. Got to see some but not all of LA finest. I hope to get there in a years time cause I want to go back to the studios & tour as many as I can. I am learning Multimedia so the entertainment business from the studio side,strikes my interest.

wellll - we were going to Colorado, but I don't know about that now :/

Indeed it was, stayed for a week in Salvo (Oceanside)...only about 200 yards to the beach and a gorgeous house with the in-laws and dogs.

Def needed, can't wait to get back to Rt 12 South! :-D
