Something wrong with youtube playlists...?

Okay I just deleted this youtube playlist and it's still showing up when I click on my username on the top right corner. And when I click it, it says it's deleted. But shouldn't it disappear from that little grid view?

Also, I just created this new playlist, but it won't show up when I click on my username on that grid view thing I just mentioned. And when I want to add a video to the playlist by clicking the "Add to" button, the new playlist I created won't show up, but rather the old one I deleted.

And when I go to "Video Manager" and go to look at my playlists, my new playlist shows up, and the old one doesn't. So what the heck?? o.o

Has anyone experienced this and can help me with this problem??
I can't add any vids to my new playlist since it won't show up on the "add to" button. Maybe it just takes a while for all these effects to kick in or something??
