and thats february, and every 4 years like it was on this year 2012,this months‘ days are changs from 28 to 29 days..
it is special,but on that day I dont want to be my birth day.

Therefore, some years no months have just 28 days.

30 days has September, April, June, and November. All the rest have 31, except Feburary which has 28 or in a leap year 29.

The question used the fallacy of ambiguity. Therefore, the person answering the question can interpet it anyway they want. A "trick question" uses the fallacy of ambiguity.
