Technical Issues on SodaHead
Dearest SodaHeads,First and foremost, thank you for caring as much about SodaHead as we do. The viability of this site is dependent on you, our users.
We understand your frustrations over recent Tech issues on the site and realize how important it is to address these issues.
Most commonly reported issues:
1. "clear your cache" if this is not a schedule maintenance white page
2. The report of Happenings is rarely correct, even after reloading it several times
3. Slow page load and error pages
4. Trouble submitting comments/replies
If you experience any other technical issues on the site or notice that a certain feature is not working normally, please click the 'Contact Us' link towards the bottom of the web page.

Please choose the drop-down title 'Technical Issue' and provide a clear description of the technical issue.
SodaHead continues to work on improving our features and performance. Along the way we may experience some errors. We are working to keep these errors to an absolute minimum and planning some upgrades soon.

Internet Explorer Users:
Internet Explorer 7:
From the Tools menu, select Internet Options... .
Choose the General tab.
Under Browsing history, click Delete... .
Next to "Temporary Internet Files", click Delete files... .
Click Close, and then click OK to exit.
Internet Explorer 6:
From the Tools menu, select Internet Options... to open the General tab.
On the General tab, in the "Temporary Internet Files" section, click the Delete files... button.
Click Close, and then click OK to exit.

Firefox Users:
From the Tools menu, select Clear Private Data, and then check Cache (uncheck others).
We are working on a fix for this.

Then you could also work on non-community issues such as "Profile Media" not working for a individual Sodahead member! :)
Other then slowness, failure to load, and the oh so wonderful "Clear Cache Screen of Death" (>_<), thank-you for providing some news!
