Here are a few things that may help:
-When possible, use a fast internet line -When facing issues, retry the webpage by refreshing the page or try to delete the cache on your browser -Use a high performance browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox
I rotate between browsers (FireFox, Safari, Opera, Chrome) .. IE is the worst on this site for performance issues .. I already have the fastest Internet line from my Provider (and it is definitely FAST indeed .. ) I delete the Cache every few hours .. I also refresh the page frequently too (actually Reload the pages)
So it is not necessarily my browsers that are the problem .. I also run my Security protocols on a regular basis too ..
When these problems occur .. the URL doesn't always get 'vocalized' ..
Some of this may be because .. let's face it .. this is not totally FRIENDLY to the Disabled Participants/Communities ..

Thank you for you response SH.:) It just happened again and happens every time I go somewhere regardless. I use cable internet line and my only problem is here on SH. I am constantly refreshing and my cache is empty, set to automatically do so. I use Firefox.
Also sent the last maintenance I am constantly showing the I have 4 unread messages. :(
