Me either. Anytime I check My Happenings, it's not accurate. Sometimes it refers me to items I've already checked and even then it will say there are several new items in a thread when there aren't.

When I have an internal email, it will allow me to view them, but the count takes a while to go back down, so it appears as though I haven't already viewed emails I have definitely viewed.

I wonder what's going on with SH.
