    I think so ..

Given I can't 'SEE' the shared box .. I'm hoping that there's not any AUTO Share by default ..

What's going up with SH not allowing us to just .. by page .. select those we WANT to keep to answer and deleting all the rest?

WHY isn't there a FILTER where .. if the original poster has you blocked
(and/or you have the original poster blocked) ..
that SHARE is not seen at all in your shared list?

I do spend a LOT of time going through shares ..

SH does not allow me to "clear all except selected." So I get so many questions shared that I wind up clearing them all and answering no questions, except those that someone has shared in e-mail.

By not allowing us any filters when it comes to Shared Questions, SH has effectively rendered Shared Questions meaningless. I've talked with a few friends here in a group mail. The consensus is to let them stand, browse through them once in awhile, and then do a "Delete All" periodically.

Like I said, Shared Questions has become meaningless.

    Thank you, SodaHead.

We've done a lot to minimize the redundant sharing, but the Gurus like you have lots of friends who continually want to share. Each of your friends shares a single, popular question.

The deleted shares only come back if someone else shares it -- again.

Not sure...I just posted a question and it says 'Share with friends'. But also it seems I need to type in each friends name. So I'm unsure if it automatically shares with all my listed friends or not. Or do i have to type in everyone's name?
BTW, Sister, should you happen to get it ...feel free to ignore my question...It's about the 'gay marriage' issue and a You Tuber that I used to subscribe too. ....may not be your 'cup of tea' type of question.

    Hi Dave,

Were you referring to the Share This Question icon?

For this feature, you can un-check the box once per session before submitting your comment on a poll.
    share

Once you un-check, it will remain that way until you log back in.

We added the feature for convenience of users since not everyone checks their feed. Extra effort was applied to remember your settings to make it even more convenient for you.

Thanks, SodaHead...I don't post too many questions. And on the one I did post it had the box 'Share with Friends' already checked. So was unsure if My Friends will get it automatically, or if I needed to type in each friends nick name.

Generally, the 'Share with Friends' box will be checked by default. Checking the associated boxes will share with your SH friends automatically.

Once you un-check, it will remain that way until you log back in.

We hope this clarifies your concern.

Nope...still not getting it...the box IS already checked, but no friend thus far has answered it. Question is ...do I need to type in each friends nick name in order to share my posted question?

Hmm...let's allow your friend some time to check their 'Questions Shared with you' tab.

When you share your own question, you will see the following options:
    share

The share with 'My Friends' box should do the trick. However, you may also share your poll individually if you like.
