I wonder why conservatives are suspended for speaking their minds, when liberals are allowed to to make any rude, abusive comment they please without sanction. TOS rules are broken all the time by liberals, seldom by conservatives, and then only in ignorance of the rules (my case; I just found them and I've been here since Sept.!) When you try to red flag an item, you have few logical choices, you have to generalize in most cases, and nothing really fits the complaint. You need at least one "just being obnoxious" choice! And private conversations should be private! .

i agree that both sides think they are being treated unfairly... i also agree with doofiegirl.. private convo's should be private.. our emails should be OFF LIMITS to SH's admins UNLESS there is a reason to suspect of a violation of criminal happenings such as plotting to kill or harm someone physically :P .. but peeping tom's an tammy's in my email? pfft.. get a life! lol

oh please your precoius conservatives have called me every name in the book and then some. the code has to apply to all or it applies to none. that means both sides liberals and conservatives. both sides are equally at fault.

just one question for now... if i discuss anything within the user code of conduct on this post.. am i voliating the " Users should not publicly discuss violations of the Terms of Use. " rule?

That means you can't plan a personal attack. You can't gather up your buddies and attack someone.

ahh.. so like i could discuss here with you a TOS violation? but i cant email someone and say "spspsps such n such spspsps did such n such.. spspsps url link.. spspsps go tell em what we think i'm blocked!" .. right? hahaha

well.. for the record.. that bites.. LOL .. people gossip.. no it aint always right, but it's in their nature.. so when someone's clearly voilating the TOS.. they wanna email their buddies an say "look at what so n so said, can you believe it!?" ... so.. in my humble view.. that makes the TOS a communistic TOS :P .. whatever happen to freedom of speech? .. ARGH!

Mary: i hate that guy mugen. he slept with me an dnever called me back.
Jane: really? he has a sodahead profile right? let's go post dead people pictures on his profile.
Mary: Awesome, let's go.

jim: mary and jane are ganging up on jimbob, lets report them for TOS violations (sent out in an email to 15 people)

Reporting is fine. However flagging non-abusive comments aren't.
