Never once shot a child while I served, or... well, anyone actually. 12 years honorably served and never a shot fired in anger. Or defense. Guess I got lucky.

That was a wonderful story and ith shows the heart that our men have for others and thier country.
I would love to see what one of those liberals who call the military baby killers would do when the bus they are riding in is being turned into swiss cheese by a 14 year old with an automatic weapon.
They just have no idea what it is really like out there.

Outstanding of those Marines to do what they did, especially the young man who stood watch the entire night!

And you have to remember that every year the Marines do the "Toys for Tots" thing, giving of their time and money to make sure kids have a nice Christmas.

Okay I wrote this question because before I went into the service someone I went to school with believed that the military was nothing but a bunch of baby killers, and the sad part is that person isnt just the only one. Many ignorant people feel that way just like the idiots from the Westboro Baptist Church that is going to be coming to Fort Hood on the 18th and 19th to protest against the military. Also I happily served for 5 years.
