Yes! I had the hook of a bungee cord rip my left eye up years ago. They put it back together but I have a special prescription. I can't wear my reading glasses when I use
the computer. It takes me forever to type my messages correctly. I'm not whining. I'm
just saying it like it is. I constantly make errors. It takes a lot of patience. I definitely
need to edit. Buzzy

maybe u could be given 5minutes or so right after u post a message where u can make any changes. but if the message has been up for longer than that then no changes

Yes, Many times I go back and read what I wrote and wonder how the hell I could have spelled something wrong like that. Also easy to hit an r instead of t etc.

Errors happen.

I inadvertently inserted an html code for a link for "501c contributions" I did not want to include because it was irrelevant to the topic for instance.

Although I support the organization, It was not my intent to distract from the topic with a "begging for money" link, as it often turns people away from the remainder of the topic.

Not sure whether you mean all types of posts or just Messages.

Definitely we should be able to review and edit questions before they're posted. Quoting often gets messed up when you post. Messages would be nice, but as a priority there are other things I think the programmers should do first. Messages are private and can be redone or corrected, so maybe editing not necessary?

This is because things like this happen: I was writing a comment and I was typing the word virile & the stupid spell checker kept changing it to viral. Well I guess I hadn't caught it the last time it did so. I therefore had to go came and edit the comment so it would say virile and not viral.
