Wait a minute. Are you suggesting that by making a new tax on some group, that crime will decrease?

I think getting the b*ggers to pay any tax at all would be a refreshing change!

Spend no more than three months in any country, and become a non dom!

Ahh, that sounds more like something I could support. Who are the b*ggers and what is a non dom.

    Non dom: Non domiciled resident.

A citizen of a nation, but who is not resident in any country long enough to have to pay income tax.

For example have four homes in four different countries. If you spend no more than three months of any given tax year in any one of them, you pay zero tax.

So if you go back to back on a tax year end, that gives you six months.

In my world a b*gger is someone who does something that is immoral, legally...

    Thanks for the clarification.

Sounds like a real scam. Seems like at least the nation of record would at least be able to tax him. I've never had a tax situation anything close to this, but I gotta believe the IRS would hunt down an American citizen and make them pay - well unless they were a Senator or Congressman. THEY are b*ggers here in the US.

Yeah, it's kind of frustrating to be a citizen in the US right now. You know, government by the consent of the governed? It seems the citizens have been asleep at the switch for a few decades and allowed the politicians stray, unchecked. We're paying a heavy price right now. The global economy is too.

All the people have is a vote. Hopefully we will have enough votes in November to continue turning things around. It will take some time. Please wish us luck.
