There's talk that Israel is planning to attack Iran -- and very soon. Should the United States help its political ally or stay out of it?

+19Basically NOT because of any lack of the misdeeds of Iran but because it WON'T HELP. It will only make the (weakening) religious leadership of Iran STRONGER. Remember a few years ago how close Iran was to regime change? That is still simmering below the surface. An attack by the west will only HELP the current leadership increase it's hold. Bombing someone even if they are your enemy, even if they are doing something wrong isn't always the best tactical move to achieve your goals.

Now again they want to attack a soverign country that has done nothing against them, just like Israel attacked Iraq back in the 70's and destroyed their nuclear weapons program.

If Israel can have nukes to "defend" itself, it is logical to assume Israel's neighbors would want to "defend" themselves from Israel since they have a long record of attacking first and asking questions after.
Of course partisan pricks like you don't see things clearly and always side with Israel no matter what terrorist acts they do. What else do you call tanks rolling in and firing at unarmed civilans killing thousands of innocent kids that at worse throw stones back?

Many in the world view Israel a a terrorist rouge state and with good reason, they often act that way. Example of Israel "defending itself" by butchering innocent children. Want to see more?

America and Britain are hated because of their foreign policies that predate Israel as well as, what some, especially Muslims consider wicked, sinful ways. We give gays and women rights. All citizens over the age of 18 can vote, we have a higher standard of living than most of the world, we invented rock & roll and rap, etc.
If you make a statement, back it up with FACTS.
