Should teenage guys be allowed to wear sheer pantyhose in public?

I think there is nothing cuter than a cute teenage guy that dares to wear a pair of sheer beige pantyhose on his freshly shaved legs ubder street shorts out on the public sidewalks.

Yes of course. Pantyhose both looks and feels great on.
Unless the boy has fine light leg hair he MUST save or wax his legs before wearing sheer nylons!
