Should sodahead be allowed at high school for lunchtimes, spare periods, ect.?

My class allows phone usage at lunch/break. So if my phone has internet, I use it. Also the filters aren't blocked.

SodaHead is a complete waste of time and I should know. There are better things to do that bang your head against the wall in here.
