Yes.

I would normally say no for something like this, but seriously, I am getting drowned in questions that are pointless because someone wants to climb the ladder. I am at the top, it is not as nice up here.

Every time I log in over half the questions are repeats or rewordings of questions I have already answered or chosen to ignore.

I think a lot of the questions asked are spam-like, but it's a matter of opinion whether a question is worth asking or answering, so it would be unfair to place a limit.
Because many users ask relatively dumb and irrelevant questions in order to attempt getting the number one spot on the Leaderboard, it's more logical to get rid of that. It would cut down on spam drastically.

No I don't think so. But I see an awful lot of questions "shared" and they re-cycled over and over. Sometimes I can't remember if I've answered them before or not. It can get confusing.

No limits. What might seem like an inane question to you might seem interesting to someone else. there are people of all ages and from all walks of life here. Just don't open questions that don't look interesting to you.

That was my idea long ago. It has become much worse since SodaHead put up the leaderboard. Yes they should limit number of questions a member can post once a week at least.

Defintely..Since the damn leaderboard was enacted we have had nothing but spam!! Just get use to it..It makes me mad as well..Look at the clown that is # 1 now? What a joke and insult for us legitimate Gurus! He does poll widgets to get his points!

Why does this bother you so much, Rock? I gather you had to do a lot of Q and A to get to be a guru, but so what? If someone else got to guru status by using poll widgets, so be it. It doesn't take anything away from your achievement. Maybe getting guru status on SodaHead is the greatest thing that ever happened to that guy--in which case, it's a little pathetic, don't you think? BTW, I like the leaderboard because if I only have a few minutes I can check which questions are new and see if I want to answer them first. I know you get extra points for those, but I don't answer them unless they appeal to me. When I first started I was gung ho to get points, but I've become a lot more discerning.

I have hate the Leaderboard ever since it was enacted..If I wanted to I could play the system to get bunches of points but I refuse to do it..The Leaderboard is a sham..I could ask 50 of the stupiest questions on here, join every groups, share, etc..I don't really care but some do..It doesn't show you have influence..Influence is when I can call in a counter swarm and get a top comment anytime I want or get other people top comments..I like the old rave system!!!
