Inprisoning them for how many ever years isn't going to change them, they will get out and do it again. Their victims will forever be effected by their act of violence against them. Their victims lives are permanently damaged some are even ruined by it. The ONLY CURE is DEATH!!!!!

But, if you put them in prison, they tend to be a target anyway, so it doesn't cost the taxpayers any extra through appeals processes or anything.
Now so I am not confusing anyone if a person is truly a child molester or rapist I would happily deal with them (and have) but making it a law before making a law putting people to death who falsely acuse another of this is not right
They will always re-offend when an opportunity presents itself. It is their preferred sexual act. And they will always kill then, to try to avoid capture. They perfect their crime, from last mistakes.
The worst words in the world are "child raped and murdered by a known child molester". And "woman raped and killed by Known Rapist." Those words should never be uttered. known predators should never walk the streets again.
Any second conviction deserves the death penalty, as do any serial rapists/abusers.
Why does it cost so much to get rid of them? Because the personnel investigating do shoddy business of collecting evidence, or, someone or some people blunder during investigation or trial, other things?
There is NO cure, and NO deterrent (chemical castration is overridden by testosterone).
Even castration does not stop them... They turn to using objects to rape.
Of course if the world wants to buy a huge island somewhere, we could all send our tree jumpers there to live in a Penal Colony! (yes, pun intended)
with no protection.
