Should people who drag race or otherwise make excess engine noise down a residential street in the middle of the night be hog-tied and horsewhipped?

    Yes,something drastic needs to happen to them.Just because they have no job and don't care to look for one either doesn't mean that everyone else has to be up and in a noisy mood all night and day, like them.After some monitoring they should be send to a facility were some discipline can be introduced to them and wear them out so that they know how it feels when a lot of noise keeps others awake.Give them reversed psychology.

    It's only because I have that sort of problem right on my doorstep and I am getting something done.My next door neighbour has just received a final warning from the housing office.They were visited by a housing officer,a member of the housing legal team and two police officers.They either stop the noise or they are going to get kicked out.I ,myself,am just keep making notes about their comings and goings with times when the noise starts and when it finishes.Have to think about all the decent people around here and how affects them too.These anti-social people drag whole neighbourhoods down into the gutter and think they are allowed to do it and get away with it.
