This indeed is incredibly asinine for supposed "straight" young men to do. But I have seen even more stupid. I recently saw some "butch" lesbians sagging their pants. As far as the young men are concerned, you can give teenagers a little license for being dumb, it kind of goes with the being young, but how do you excuse the 30 and even 40 (I have seen this myself, shame) somethings that are doing this?

I am sometimes amused by some punks I see doing this, because they are also trying to look tough.
