No if you want it pay for it, people with degrees will usually be earning more than non-graduates it reeks of entitlement.

im a firm believer in academic scholarships... you do the work, you deserve a chance at a future.. I think if they concentrated more so on academic scholarships than athletic scholarships there would be more opportunity for the kids who studied hard in school...

I wish it could be. Even if it meant on a state level (state residents get free education). They have to figure out a way for it to be more affordable. So many people go deep into debt to get an education today.

Or very inexpensive. College fees are outrageous in America, and people in Quebec are fighting against the neo-con policies of their present (conservative) provincial government who plan to increase fees. "Le printemps érable".

Nothing is "free". Somebody has to pay for it. BP donated this giant 28' tall x 48' long FREE stamp to Cleveland, OH and Amoco paid to install it. Eventually somebody else paid for it.
