are you f* kidding me?i'm 20 and i don't wear make up every day,it will ruin their skin and also.....kids should be kids.why be so obssesed with appearance and perfection from such an early age? i first wore make-up when i was 14...but still not every day.
I'm 24 and I don't wear make-up everyday! I don't think children who are still in school (even up to grade 12/senior year) should wear make-up on a daily basis - only parties and the like if they want. 12 year olds shouldn't be wearing make-up period.
If they do it for fun every now and then (like during dress up) then fine, but I think that wearing make up all the time at that age makes you more insecure about your natural beauty and it makes them more dependent on it.
They should be children and dress and act like children. They are not grown, do not act frown and should not wear make-up. It makes their mothers look like idiots and their fathers look like wimps.
Depends on the makeup. My friend (age 19) has a six year old daughter that REALKY wanted me to do her makeup. And her mom was fine with it as long as it wasn't dark or anything.
What would be the point? If they get makeup now, by age 14 they're going to be dying their hair fifty different colors and getting peircings god only knows where. I am 17 and I only wear makeup when I break out or something..
I wouldn't mind them being artistic. How is it going to hurt the child? It may help them in their life one day. They might be makeup artist for the movie industry some day, you never know. My child would be able to experiment with anything as long as it doesn't hurt their body or others body. If they want to mess around with makeup, I would find some way to properly educate them on make-up.
Exactly. I got interested (but didn't wear) makeup at age eight and started wearing it at ten. And now I get compliments by an actually makeup artist! ^_^
Nyet! I didn't start using any makeup until I was 13 and even now I don't cover my face with it like some girls do. I think kids under 13 should just enjoy life without worrying about makeup or dating or anything like that.
